WHO WE ARE

TantraSoft Solutions (India) Pvt. Ltd. was incorporated on 21 December 2006 by a group of technocrats with the support of NRI equity. Their experience and vision are the founding stones of TantraSoft’s electronic data management system.

Generating reports by noting down the values from various equipment is a very common practice in every industry.

Also, every department (Production, Quality Control, Inventory, Stores, etc.) has to use these reports for their day to day work. Manually generating these reports is not only time consuming but also subject to human error.
We at Tantrasoft, realized the need for an electronic data transfer and developed our own electronic data management system which takes input from the instruments/equipment and also generates the complex reports required by the user. The system supports 21 CFR part 11 compliance.

Rajesh Nawathe, Founder Director, CEO

A post-graduate in commerce, he has rich experience in the industry allied to the pharmaceutical industry. He has been an advisor to Managing Director and on the board of a leading instrumentation company. Prior to starting TantraSoft, he was a Director at Crystal Freight Forwarders Private Limited. His vision and passion is the driving force behind the strategy and business development of TantraSoft Solutions.

Khushroo Wadia, Director

He is a well-known professional in Thailand’s shipping industry. In addition to being a Director at Tantrasoft, he is a Managing Director at Christiani and Nielsen (Thai) Public Co. Ltd. and Director (Finance) and ED at Precious Shipping Public Co. Ltd. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant (ICAI) and has completed his B.Sc. In Statistics and Economics. Some of his recognition include:

  • Mentor and advisor in Thammasat University to Management students
  • Member of the judging panel – Asia Venture Challenge
  • Presentation on Risk Management and Finance at International Conferences
  • Featured in leading Business and Financial magazines
  • Under his leadership, Precious Shipping has been awarded with Excellent Corporate Governance for 6 Years 2010-2015 by Thailand’s National CG Committee.
